From the Troop 89 Twitter page:
At tonight's meeting, Mr. Greenfield will be giving a presentation about his personal Holocaust experience. This is his first Boy Scout troop presentation. We ask that we keep it to Scout and families only in attendance tonight.
Also, as a reminder, if you have not yet reserved your space for Sea Base 2020, please bring your down payment to the meeting so we can determine number and reserve crews.
The Troop 89 website will be taken offline for maintenance on July 24, 2019 at the start time of 9:00 AM UTC or 5:00 AM EDT.
A two-hour window has been allocated for the maintenance, however, the actual downtime should be much less. During the downtime connectivity to the server will be interrupted.
This is a mandatory security maintenance to patch the MDS (ZombieLoad) CPU vulnerability that cannot be altered, postponed, or rescheduled.
We apologize in advance for the inconvenience. Should you have any questions about this maintenance, feel free to contact our webmasters.Read more

This is what we need from each patrol for tonight's Court of Honor:
- Quinn's patrol brings salty snacks. If you bring chips, please bring dip, too.
- Alex's patrol brings dessert
- Billy's patrol brings drinks
- Josh's patrol brings vegetables
- Hayden's patrol brings paper plates and plastic cups.
Sorry for the last-minute instructions.
Our webmasters are currently in the process preparing our website for HSTS preload registration. HSTS preloading offers several benefits to the Troop 89 website, including enhanced protection against some attacks and possible SEO improvements.
Registering for HSTS preloading is an effectively permanent security mechanism. As such, our webmasters have been cautiously preparing for this update for some time. Currently, our webmasters plan to finalize the HSTS preloading process at the end of June.
We do not expect this process to interfere with the website in any way. However, if you do encounter any issues with accessing the website over the course of the next month, we ask that you notify our webmasters by commenting on this pull request on GitHub.Read more
